Just brushed in my new camera setup. I'm stoked to get it out in the spring!

Yes sir, one more string of leaves for each leg, a little camo duct tape for shiny areas, and I'll be ready for some more of this

Looks good Brock. You would be surprised as to how much you can get away with just using a bare tripod. I have had birds within feet of me and never spook. I am sure it is just the movements that catch their attention. You ought to be good beings that you film yourself. Good job man and I wish you lots of success this spring.

Thanks for the tips Roger! I plan on trying hard to get some on film this year. In the past I've been afraid of something happening at the last minute due to a filming mistake. I started the first time I took a camera turkey hunting, we messed up a hunt where we had a bird dead to rights.

Yeah. That will happen from time to time. It does add a variable to the mix when a camera is involved and especially If you are trying to do it solo with a tripod set-up. Looking forward to seeing some of your footage.
